I was asked if I had any free goal-setting resources, so I made one! Before I used my Life Audit process (which you can buy here), I used a minimalist version via setting intentions and assigning singular goals to them. For easy goal-setting, especially now that it’s mid-year, I made a freebie worksheet for making minimalist goals!
How to use this worksheet
It’s super simple: Set a category, and under it: an intention (i.e. the purpose, value or WHY that the goal will be based on), a single, actionable, measureable goal, a bonus goal that need not be ticked off by the end of the year, but would be fab if you managed to do it!
Why a single goal?
Setting too many goals per category keeps you diluted and distracted, and zeroing in on one goal will increase your chances of achieving it. If you suffer from goal overwhelm, I promise you this will work much better.
